General Package Policies
Mail Services strives to make packages available for pick up on the day they arrive to campus. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, package processing may be delayed. Students will receive an email notification from packages@villanova.edu when packages and mail are available for pick up. More detailed information about Villanova Package policies can be found here.
- Be sure to use the correct street address that corresponds to your housing assignment.
- Wait for the email from Packages@villanova.edu before coming in to pick up.
- Pick up perishable packages within 24 hours.
